AFTERCARE for Dermal fillers
Apply ice to your lips afterward using an ice pack or an ice cube covered in cloth (so it doesn’t stick to the lip and cause pain). This will help ease swelling, itching , bruising, and any other pain. Avoid strenuous exercise for 24 to 48 hours after you get lip or any other dermal fillers
Avoid touching the treatment area 6 hours after the treatment. After that the area can be gently washed with soap and water and light make-up can be applied. Until the initial swelling and redness have resolved, do not expose the treated area to intense heat (e.g. sunbeds and sunbathing saunas and jacuzzis ) or extreme coldness.

- Do not pick any scabs or spots that may appear as this may cause scarring.
- Avoid facial products containing fragrance for3-5 days as this may irritate the skin further.
- Avoid makeup for the next 8 hours and ensure all sponges and brushes are clean.
- Gently wash the treated areas as discussed with your clinician and use products advised.
- Do not scrub your face or use extra powered sonic-facial-brushes, try pat dry only with a clean towel.

IMMEDIATE AFTERCARE for Vampire Facial
Although most Clients’ treated areas can be left to dry and should be back to normal in 24 (face) or 48 – 72 (hands) hours, the ideal approach is to occlude the treated area for 24 – 48 hours with a Petroleum Jelly (Vaseline) and Antibiotic ointment (‘Fucidin’ or ‘Bactroban’) mixture (10:1), after which the area can be left to dry.
If left dry, mineral makeup can be applied immediately and if wet treatment is preferred, the ointment mixture is applied before the serum dries on the skin and the face is covered with a scarf.
POST TREATMENT CARE
The most important message to convey is that the skin should be protected from the sun (Factor 50 and Mineral Makeup) and fed from inside through the use of the correct Macro and Micronutrients.
A second good habit is to clean the facial skin and neck with Olive Oil Soap (or Olive Oil mixed with Sea Salt) and a soft brush twice daily.
FOLLOW – UP
During the treatment phase, a client should be seen every 3-6 weeks. 6 Weeks are better for evaluating results; 3 weeks if active treatment is needed.
